I am offering a pilates based mat community class on Sunday afternoons at 3pm. Please come move with me, the class is available for all physical modalities. Reconnect your mind & body and hopefully slightly touch your soul, with my Selfful Sundays series. One hour to concentration, to control, to center, to flow, to breathe and of course connect with one's self. This is an OPEN class, level and focus with vary each week.
